About Us

The Pleasant Valley Golf Course opened in 1966 with the hopes of becoming the best value for money golf course in western Pennsylvania. We believe we've achieved our goal and are now proudly serving generations of repeat customers. Our loyal customers look to us for great quality and incredible service. We are located at 215 Plowman Road in Vintondale, Pennsylvania. PVGC is an 18 hole par 71 course which measures 6643 yards from the championship tees. The course rating is 69.8 and the slope rating is 124. The course evolved one hole at a time and was truly a labor of love for the course designer Mr. Telford Dixon.

PVGC has a full service sports bar appropriately named the "19th Hole Pub & Grill" which is open daily. The general public is always welcome. You don't need to be a member to tee it up at the "19th Hole". PVGC has a full service kitchen serving food daily. We make home made pizza, home made strombolis, fresh cut french fries, grilled burgers, jumbo chicken wings and many other great food items. The brew is cold and spirits are a plenty. You have to see it to believe it! Our spirit selection is one of the best you'll find anywhere. What makes the "19th Hole" the place to go for fun is our guarantee to the customer that you get the best value for money anywhere. Join us every Friday and Saturday night for your favorite Karaoke songs... open till 2 AM!!! The public is always welcome... NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED!!!

PVGC has a large banquet room which can accommodate up to 250. If your planning a class reunion, wedding reception, corporate golf outing or business meeting give us a call. We will be happy to customize the perfect setting for your specific needs.
